Premium visit and tasting of the biodynamic estate

After having been welcomed to the domain by Marine, the winegrower, you will discover the history of viticultural Champagne with a focus on the Grands Crus and on the discovery of biodynamics.

After that, we will have a walk in the vineyards and in particular in the plot of Chardonnay Grand Cru "Les Gobards" planted in 1954, worked on horseback and cared for only by plants.
We will explain the natural vinification and without inputs then we will visit the traditional wooden press, the cellars and the cellar in chalk. During this visit, we will talk to you about aging under an old-fashioned cork and manual riddling.

Then we will pass to the tasting during which you will taste 2 clear wines of the year directly in the oak barrel, we will teach you to decode the aromas and you will discover the work in barrel.
In the tasting room, we will go on to the commented tasting of 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru terroir Champagnes: a 100% Oger mono-cru "La Première" and a plot "Le Grand Jardin", 2014 vintages.
